Care line gives pathetic service

I went to Clicks pharmacy last week and was told by the pharmist my medical aid card and clicks card is not linked therefore I would not get points etc I need to contact the careline. Which I did today and spoke to Laeeqh who told me to go back to pharmacy. I am now sent pillar to post. I requested that she get the customer service manager to phone me but I did not receive call. Pathetic service from a customer care consultant, She should not work there as she has no customer ethics. Also I went to the store during my lunch, store manager was not in left message but no call received. Clicks provide pathetic service
