Card swipes not reversing

<p>The first time was in Rosebank mall, where I swiped my debit card to make a purchase. The money came off my account, but they said it was declined, that they have to swipe again and that the money will reverse. It never reversed. I went back to them, twice, and all they said was that they will investigate. This was about 6 months ago. Then on Thursday, the same thing happened at Sandton City, and I never got my money back. </p>
