Card ***** at clicks

on friday 6th august at clicks Westwood Mall I Made a purchase of my baby formula valued at R230 via my bank card and the store manager told me that the transaction did not went through whilst on my banking app the transaction was gone and I showed him the statement showing that money has went out on my bank account.

I ended up not getting the baby milk and the money was not returned on my account as he said it was going to be reversed till today. I am suspecting ***** and the level of treatment I got there was not good
