Cannot load clicks club card
<p>I have registered my replacement card on your website I keep getting the following error "Not a valid Resident ID ************* for ClubCard Number 0200*********. I hve cotacted your call centre earlier thisweek and they have said that the matter will be investigated and they will get back to me. Nobody has bothered to contact me at all</p>

29 Jul 2016, 16:05The system now recognises my ID No and card no and promises to send me a preview link which is over 24hrs ago and it has never arrived. I have checked the spam box as well. A consultant told me to re-register and I get an error code of "404" so please can your IT dept help in sorting the error out. It is nearly a week since I lodged this complaint and nobody has even pick up the phone to sort this matter out.
