Cannot find my prescription, Sandton City & Brigh****er Clicks PATHETIC

<p>I went to Clicks Sandton City for my prescription pills. It was a 6 month recurring prescription. The pharmacist said she will load my prescription on the system( on my husbands Clicks club card ) and asked if she can keep the script. I said no I want it back. She said "but if I load it on the system then you can get your pills at any Clicks pharmacy in SA every month for the next 6 months and you don't need your script". So I reluctantly agreed. For 3 months (April, May and June) I got my pills from Sandton City and Rosebank. Now when I go to Clicks Brigh****er Commons, they can't find it on the system, they make it seem like I am lying because they don't have anything at all on my husbands Clubcard profile for me for the last 3 months. They phone Sandton City branch and they too don't have anything on the system. Now I gave them my prescription under the understanding that I was gonna get my tablets for 6 months. Now there's no trace of my prescription on their system, no trace I even purchased the pills over the last 3 months, yet I have my receipt of my last purchase. They did me a 'favor' and gave me my pills this month (July) the pharmacist said, but they can't help me going forward if I don't have my prescription. BUT THEY TOOK MY PRESCRIPTION AND LOADED IT ON THEIR **** SYSTEM, THAT TOO RECURRING FOR 6 MONTHS!! Now all of a sudden they got nothing on their stupid system and I must go back to my doctor for the prescription. Incompetence at its finest I tell you. Disgusted at the service, or lack of service rather.</p> <p> </p>
