Can't get my clubcard points right

I have had endless hassles with my clicks clubcard - I have been swiping and have not received my points/cash back for many years.<br> <br> I then decided to take out a new card and just start gathering points on that one, as my other one just seemed to be an issue.<br> <br> I have been working up points for the last while, and I received an SMS to say that I had cash to redeem. I went to Hyde Park on the weekend and tried to use my points - only to be told that there were no points on my card. <br> <br> They then issued me a new card and told me that I would have the points on my new card by Monday 30/03/2015.<br> <br> Today (02/04/2015) I went to Clicks to use my new card and my points - and guess what? I get told \Sorry Sir
