Calls not answered in 5 stores in Midrand, Neither at HQ either!

No one answers phone in any Midrand branch! I then call HQ and no one answers there either. Why on your automated recording do you say " Press 1 for dispensary 2 for this 3 for that and 4 for the RADIO counter. When last did you sell a Radio. What about a number for the manager instead" Option 5 goes unanswered!!!!! Get me the area Manager please.
