Clicks emailed me on 18 july 2025 for a cashback of R100 for a spend of R500 and more online. Cashback will automatically be loaded after 9 August 2025 and can take up to 30 days to reflect as advised in thier email. I have followed up 4 times now with same response that the have technical issue and they don't have a turn around time. It's been almost 3 months now. When I emailed them they asked me for the email that advised of this promotion and I sent it to them along with email that confirmed that I will be receiving the cashback. They loaded the cashback for the spend after that promo but cannot load the one for the women's month promo and they give a generic response with no turn around time.
