Bully manager

This is for the Clicks at Belair shopping centre, North riding in Johannesburg. I have a very big problem with your manager at this store. First of all, i am an elderly woman and i like doing my shopping in peace. I used to shop at Clicks in Olivedale but i moved because the manager there Joanne or Johana was not very nice to the staff members, i live in the area so that was my closest. I then decided to start shopping at Belair clicks and i met another monster there. Her name is Patricia. Let me tell you something about business, i have been in business for the longest time before i retired. In a business you need to make sure that the staff is happy and in return the customers will be treated well. Patricia is a bully, she shouts at the staff. I have experienced her so many times shouting at them, making them feeling uncomfortable and making them look like they are stupid. I mean, you are a reputable company and i doubt this is the type of behavior you promote in your business. Another big thing is that this manager spends way too much time on the telephone. That phone is close to the tills where every customer passes and sees this. She is forever yelling and laughing over the phone. Please also note that i at times come to your store with my helper who knows South African languages. And because we are very close i always ask her what the woman says and she tells me everything which does not surprise. She makes fun of us customers, she mocks people, she is very xenophobic in her remarks as well.

I visit clicks twice a week and on other weeks it would be more since i come to get my chronic medication. I have been quiet but i am tired of this woman bullying the staff.

I did not approach the other manager or her regarding some of the issues because i fear that she will retaliate or not be nice to and at my age i cannot handle stress. Will you please sort this out. It hurts me to see how unhappy the staff is but they are very hard working especially Siyanda, your manager Solly and Sipho and the two lady darlings whom i forgot the names but the other works in the soap and beauty and the other helps me with medication. Please send my thanks to the five people. And please let me know of a way forward with lady manager Patricia, i do not want to deal with her and i doubt your staff enjoys working with her. I will be waiting for your reply. Thank you very much
