Broken fan within a month of purchase

I bought a fan from clicks mthatha mall In December 2022.

Used the tan for a week and it broke from the inside. When I tried returning it, the manager by the name Celiwe refused to exchange or refund my money. I still have proof of purchase of the fan.

On top of that I was planning to buy two more fans as I use those those fan in my store due to aircon issues.

I was very disappointed with the customer service from clicks mthatha mall.

No so long ago my colleague bought a body cream from click which had expired and ruined his skin ! Turned out he was not the only person who had bought that product from clicks mthatha circus triangle.
