Broken and dented online purchased electrical equipment

Bought Milex Power Pressure XL online. Fetched it yesterday. Canning jars broken, actually cut my hand with the glass. Huge dent infront!! Phone then yesterday twice, cause first time i could hear voices in backround, but no-one answered me... lazy agents!! Finally spoke to someone who told me they'll try and send couriers next week!! When i ordered, i was not prompted to pay following week!!! Plus im on holiday next week!!!!

Supposed to be a gift for a friend snd tomorrow is Xmas
