BROAD ****************!!!

I would like to inform you about a disgusting incident at Clicks Killarney Mall. My mother has been getting her medication there for many years. The first incident was when my mother was given the incorrect strength for her diabetic medication and I am a pharmacist and spotted the mistake and returned the medicine to the pharmacy. Clicks is very lucky I did not take this matter further legally. The 2nd incident was when the pharmacy was out of my mother usual Metformin Medication and they gave us a generic which costed much more and depleted my mother savings each month and no one at Clicks bothered to tell her that they had stock of the original medicine she was taking. Your out of stock issues should not be a liability to the patient. She continued to take this more expensive medication for months! The third incident was when we went into Clicks to query what generic she can take for her ulcer treatment and by chance we started tell the acting manager what issues she has had with Clicks and medical aid and she checked on the system to see what was happening with mum's medication and discovered by chance that we were billed twice for her medicines in October 2020. She refunded us immediately and we were shocked as we had no idea! I started to have mums meds delivered to us from August and every time the Clicks driver would demand that mum pays cash and it was coming to alot more than usual but she was forced to pay cash on delivery. The pharmacist also put through the medication on both computer systems in the pharmacy. The pharmacist, Sebastian at the Killarney branch, who called my mother and confirmed all of her meds were correctly done on the system which was a lie. The acting manager was only able to refund us for October and not the previous months which should be considered as *****ing. For all we know, the meds were billed twice and the money was ****** by one of the staff? Also, why is your driver so rude? All of the above issues plus the fact that Clicks is so much more expensive than other pharmacies has led us to never support Clicks again and to take our script to another pharmacy. Every time I got to Clicks Killarney and buy the consumer products I discover at the till that they ring it up at the normal price instead of the marked sale price. The prices are always wrong and is also considered *****ing. They always have to reimburse me over R100 each time. I would like to hear from you on these matters.
