Bring back my money!

I place an order online on Clicks’ website in late November 2020. One of the either was not available and that meant that the would have to refund me. I have been contacting them for 3 months now regarding my refund. They keep saying that the money will get in within 10 working days. I still haven’t received my money. I am very disappointed in the company because it used to be my go-to online beauty store but now I know that I cannot trust them with my hard-earned money.
