Bought Lip Stick

I purchased a cosmetic product (lip balm ) which wasn't my first time buying the product. <br> <br> This was last week Friday ( 04 / 09 /2015 ) but when I used the product the texture was rough and wasn't up to standard I went back to the store to advise them but the manager told me there was nothing wrong with the product and its not expired. I am not happy because this is not the first time purchasing the same product and it didn't feel right this time around but they did nothing I was told the product hasn't expired.
