Bought 4 times but points stay on 404

I have been on 404 points despite me buying 4 times even after that. What is the problem. I went to Centurion Mall and the manager called your call centre but the person who answered the phone at your call centre insisted that my points were right. The gentle man who assisted me insisted that I came the following day. Then I went to the lyttleton Clicks and bought a few items and still, the points were on 404. <br> <br> What is this now, clicks. Sort your mess out.<br> <br> Thanks.
