Black Friday special Rude security women

Very rude fedility security women at the door refusing to speak English whiles I am asking her where I can do an exchange on a item I bought on special that does not work. I am Afrikaans spoken and she spoke in an African language so if she spoke English which is a business language we would have understood each other. She continued shouting and telling other customers that I think I am white. The manager of Clicks came to apologize and I can not except his apology since it was for the security women to come and apologize. Very poor service I have been a loyal customer to Clicks Carlton Centre. This happened yesterday 02/12/2019
