Birchleigh North Clicks has exceptionally poor service!

Tried calling the dispensary a number of times yesterday with no luck. Called into the store and no one successfully transferred me to the dispensary. One of the people who answered (Thando) said she would transfer me and then hung. Such poor client service. Eventually, I asked my someone to fetch the prescription on my behalf, he was told that they haven't had stock of my prescription for about 4 or 5 months! Are you running a toy store or a pharmacy?
