Birchleigh North Clicks and their nonsense service

I called in a few days ago to find out if they can fill my prescription. The guy who took the call (Sizwe) was rude and expressed no interest to assist me. When he handed the phone over to a lady (Noma) who eventually did assist, I asked her for the name of the guy who initially took the call. Noma then told me her rude colleague's name is Phumlani, which I asked if she was sure because I thought I heard the name Sizwe when he answered the call. She reassured me that her colleague's name is Phumlani. I was then called by the Pharmacy manager yesterday and he said no one by the name of Phumlani works there. I then asked if a Sizwe works there and he said there is a Sizwe who works there. Not only do you employ rude staff, you clearly entertain dishonest staff... In my line of work, dishonesty leads to a dismissal. Plain and simple. Your Birchleigh North Mall/Centre branch is truly the pits... Bottom of the barrel *******!
