Big thank you for going over and above to help me :)

It is not often one logs on here to send compliments, especially me because general service has deteriorated to such a level in SA that bad service is all we get.

Well Clicks really went over and above to assist me with a request. It was an odd one which makes this story an even better one to tell.

In a nutshell, a product I love using is no longer been stocked at Clicks. The friendly staff @ Eastgate told me of a small stockpile of this in Bethlehem and I asked Clicks if they could kindly send the said product to the Eastgate store and I will commit to taking a few a month till I buy out this stock.

I was pleasantly surprised to get a call from a very friendly Christine from Bethlehem to let me know my stuff is on its way. I was over the moon. And she was so happy to assist.
