Bheki Khumalo has no idea what customer service is

<p>On the 26th of May 2017 i went to CLICKS in Embalenhle Mall to purchase a number of items, got to the till with my club magazine from Clicks, placed it on the counter and this man BHEKI KHUMALO tells me with an attitude that "mam' you'll be paying for that mag!"..i rep**** no i wont because i have a Gold ClubCard. He goes on to argue with me telling me I'll definitely pay for the magazine. I argue back, so i told him to swipe the barcode which he does then the machine says -R12.....i stand there waiting for an apology. Which he doesn't give. At which point i was even angrier. He goes quiet. I tell him if you are wrong you must apologise. He refuses...Clicks please teach Bheki khumalo about Your products and customer service. </p>
