Beware of online order collections

Online order collection at Clicks Tygervalley is an absolute nightmare.

Waited almost 30 minutes for someone to collect the parcel from the back. When we complained, the staff nonchalantly responded that "there are a lot of packages". This really shouldn't be the customer's problem. Take some initiative -- sort and organise. I'd expect Clicks as an established retailer to implement processes and systems to handle this properly? If the Post Office, in shambles, can do better surely Clicks should be able to manage.
