BETTER TO STAY AWAY FROM CLICKS ONLINE

Ordered product 4 days ago. When tracking the item on the Clicks system, it shows that the courier was informed 4 days ago. And there eveything just got stuck. No further movement as far as delivery is concerned. When I asked the clicks help centre by phone to follow up with the Courier I was told (a) that they could not follow up on the courier, and (b) that they could not tell me when it will be resolved (when I can expect feedback on my query or to receive the item I already paid for). So, mayby it is better to stick with companies like Takealot if you need sometihing urgently.
