If one can give gifts for best customer service, I would give this to Zenande Maqhwazima from Click Olivedale dispensary department. My medical aid had authorized incorrect dosage for my daughters chronic medication but Zenande took the initiative to communicate with the medical and doctor to rectify the medication. And with that in between, she kept me in the loop with what is happening and for that I would to give her 5 stars for best service ever from Click Olivedale. The fact that she explains to a customer to make them understand, is just the best.
