I called Olievenhout Plaza to ask if they had a certain capsule I needed and I spoke to a lady by the name of Khathu Budzwa. The lady was friendly she even asked if I mind holding the call as she goes to check if they have it. I unfortunately did not get what I wanted coz it's out of stock but she kindly adviced me to check again next week which for me it was not necessary for her to do. It's the calmness and friendliness in her voice that calmed me as I was frustrated after calling one of your branches several times with no assistance.
