Being treated like a ***** by I'll mannered ****** staff

I went to the clicks wonderpark store to purchase new make up. When I got there I asked an assistant whom was a middle aged woman with braided hair to help me find a matching foundation. She was rude from the onset with her tone of voice and body language. She and I tested a few products and I decided on a black opal product. As I picked the product up to take it with me around the store because I needed other products as well , the woman abruptly and rudely takes the chosen foundation and tells me " NO YOU CAN'T TOUCH IT YOU WILL GET IT AT THE TILL!" and the product was on the damn shelf it was so not fair because and Other people took products they wanted and walked around the store TILL they were ready to pay for all their items! When she spoke to other african ladies she was so nice to then but with me it was a different thing! I was so appalled at the way I was treated and the manner at which I was spoken to . I left clicks and went to dischem in wonderpark were i was treated so beautifully by the assistance . I also work in wonderpark mall and i had my uniform on at the time. I ALWAYS SHOP AT CLICKS BUT NOW I am happy to say that I WILL NEVER RETURN TO CLICKS IN WONDERPARK EVER AGAIN! I WILL DEFINITELY LET MY FRIENDS FAMILY AND COLLEAGUES KNOW ABOUT THE SERVICE YOU PROMOTE. I WILL DEFINITELY GO TO A STORE LIKE DISCHEM IN WONDERPARK WHERE I AM TREATED WITH RESPECT AND NOT AS A ***** .

HOW DO YOU PEOPLE HIRE AND KEEP SUCH PUTRED ILL MANNERED STAFF THAT TREAT PEOPLE THAT WAY

IF I WANTED TO ***** YOUR PRODUCTS I WOULDN'T HAVE ASKED FOR ASSISTANCE IN THE FIRST PLACE . I EVEN HAD MY WORK UNIFORM ON!
