BEHAVIOUR LIKE THIS DOESN'T CLICK

I recently went to Clicks at Mall of Africa.

I was HIGHLY EMBARRASED and DISGUSTED at the tellers behaviour towards me. I was very modestly dressed with a loose cloak, scarf and face veil (niqaab - hence only my eyes and hands were exposed) as I am a Muslim female.

After giving my clicks card, the teller (a male - Emmanual) asked me for my cell number. He said he needed it to type on the screen (i.e. the computer till). I then said 078 and he then laughed and said that he is joking but he wants my cell number so that he can take me out for lunch. HOW RUDE!!!!

I would have reported the matter to the store manager, however she was standing right next to him and was fully aware of the entire conversation.

Shouldn't staff follow ethics and protocol?
