Beacon Bay clicks, send your people for training

I literally just bought a lipstick and realised its not the colour i wanted, mind you when I got to the store there waa nobody to help me at the cosmetics area. Return it the lady explains that because i opened it that it cant be returned.But with a very bad attitude, all is good and well i can understand... So I go lpoking for a red NOTHING in the range i want, she opens a draw at the bottom and gives me a red, still with an attitide. Firstly get your attitude right secondly why is the stock not on the shelves??? Very very disappointed in the service received and its not the first tme. You deserve a zero star
