Be considerate to people in pain

So I was there on Saturday with prescription from Netcare Casualty. I was suffering with excruciating pain in my neck due to spasm. I emailed them my prescription, waited in queue and when it was my turn they said they can't give me medicine, they told me to bring original script or ask the doctor who saw me to email them directly, on Saturday evening! Next was Sunday. I was in so much pain that couldn't think straight, I had the original Rx but forgot where I placed it. So I was left to suffer for the weekend. I know you guys have to follow rules but be considerate when someone is in emergency. Imagine If I was a heart patient needing an emergency medicine and asked to bring original script first!!!
