I recently went to shop for few cosmetics at Clicks located in Davenport in Glenwood when we got to the till we had to wait for the manager Basil Ngcobo to authorise the transaction since we used a virtual clicks card who was talking stories on the phone just across from the till point we were standing at and we had to wait for him to finish his when he concluded his call he did not have a decency to even apologise for making us wait
