BAD TREATMENT AT CLICKS

My family and I were treated very badly at Clicks Olivenhoutbosch .

There was a mistake made by my 6 year old daughter where she pushed the trolley out the door that had aqueous cream inside , she was following me and my wife was still busy inside . The security guard at the door watched her go out and then called me back and said I was shoplifting .

I told him she is just a child and she is not aware of what she was doing .

the security guard said to me "you are stupid " and told me to get into a room where he explained to me I can pay him a fine or he can call the police .

I told him to call the police . He told my children to get in the room with me . My wife and kids were traumatized and my son and daughter were crying .

We have 4 kids and the oldest is 8 years old . The security guard had a horrible attitude towards us . He called the centre security , who told him he was being ridiculous because she is only a child .

The manager said I must pay for the cream and it will all be OK .

why could the Security guard not use his brain and his heart to see that my Daughter is just a helpless child 6 years old .

She was not *****ing and neither was I. We are regular customers there every month .

I wanted the police to come and take me because I am sure you have video footage of what really happened .

He was right at the door. He waited for her to be outside so he could cause a scene.....and to call me a STUPID , who does he think he is , to speak to Clicks customers like that .

As soon as reasonable staff from Clicks got involved the situation was handled in a better way .

Get rid of that guy , my wife was still traumatized when we got home , her nerves were finished .

And I see a child under the age of 10 years old cannot be convicted because they don't have a ******** capacity . your video footage will show you she is just being a child . Please have a look .

It was not a nice shopping experience at all , to start our Sunday off like that .
