Bad towels

We bought two sets of towels by Clicks in January. We have it on our club cards it was about 159.00 I think it was two set of towels and hand towels and face cloths and thought what a bargain bought it and took it with us overseas, I have never in my life ever experience this kind of towels. I always by my towels by Edgars or Woolworths. What a disaster when you overseas with this kind of towels. All the fluff attaches to your body and falls on the bathroom floor so after you have dried yourself your whole body is full of towel fluff. My underwear everything will be full of the fluff and same with my daughter., We were so embarrassed if the people come and clean the bathroom the whole area is full of this fluff. We left the towels there as we do not want to have that kind of towels in my house. I brought the face cloths and hand towels back of my set and would like them to test it. I sent them a message and received a email to send receipt and codes and I did not keep it they can just check the club cards. So to the world out there do not buy towels by Clicks and I am still waiting on a reply of my email telling them I will complain on Hello Peter. I am quite disgusted that we wasted R360.00 with that towels. Clicks has to check the quality of the towels. I would never in my life buy towels there again. Thanks Koelsum Emeran
