Bad Side Effects from Products Recommended at Clicks Gateway

I visited Clicks Gateway and was recommended to take NeuroXcel and InsuMax-Q together by a staff member. I trusted their advice, but soon after starting the supplements, I began experiencing blurry vision, nausea, headaches, diarrhea, and extreme light sensitivity.

Only later did I realize that both products contain high doses of active folate, and taking them together caused me to exceed the safe limit. This could have been easily avoided if proper guidance had been given about overlapping ingredients.

I’m really disappointed that a health-related recommendation from a major pharmacy led to such a bad experience. I believe staff should be better trained on supplements, especially when suggesting multiple products to customers.

Please be careful and always read ingredient labels yourself. I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through what I did.
