Bad services like always

My wife needs her medication every month and can not run out as it influences her well being a lot. Every month there has been issues when she tries to get her medication. She had to get a new script which she did and there were many issues clicks had last week to give her her medication. Everything was shorted and she asked to have her medication delviered today which they promised to do. When she did not receive it she phone back and now they changed from "yes we will deliver" to "Mam there areprocedures and your delivery will not go out now" Obviously my wife became angry as this was not what was promised and her medication is there to stabilize her mood as well. The person my wife spoke to then abruptly put the phone down in my wife's ear. This is highly unprofessional and if my wife, who is dependant on her medication, doesn't get her medication on time, I'm very glad I don't have a heart condition becuase Clicks obviously do not care about their customers and they are going the same route as dischem. I need this dealt with swiftly before laying further complaints.
