Bad services

Clicks has this amazing policy, apparently.....but I have tried so many times to activate my free R7500 clicks funeral policy and all you guys need to do is activate it. Why do you guys send email after email and not have the time to just activate a policy???. I just want it activated, why offer to do it if you can't follow through?????.
