Bad services

We order from Clicks on a monthly basis. This is the second time we ordered first there was a problem with the courier now it is with Clicks self. We placed a order on 3 April 2024, order No : #***.

It still reflects as processing, the money was deducted from my bank account, yesterday we went into Clicks Riverside Vanderbijlpark, they called customer care with the following ref no ***. We still did not receive a email or sms and it is still processing. We had to buy extra items as our delivered is not being processed. No service at or feedback at all
