BAD SERVICE WHO KNOW NOTHING ABOUT SERVICE

So yesterday i went to Clicks DOUGLASDALE to purchase an eye drop of which the cashier confirmed that it is indeed suitable for eyes only find that it is for eye contact lenses.

They are refusing to exchange for me even though the cashier confirm. THEY DO NOT HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE VERY VERY BAD ATTITUDE AND I UNHAPPY ABOUT THIER SERVICE, I NEED A REFUND SINCE THEY REFUSING TO EXCHANGE.
