Bad service when complaints are made

On 2018/07/23 I sent an email to you complaints department as i bought clicks pull up pants at silverwater crossing and my son had an irritation,your resolution team has been sending me pillar to post in this regard they gave me a manufacture by the name of Gavin and since he said he will see me on the 2018/08/06 as per conversation on 2018/07/27 and he has not got back to me i further sent DM on tweeter and You guys are taking this matter for granted,you have the worst resolution and feedback team i even asked via email if im not satisfied with your resolution then what must i do and no one has got back to me.There are lots of diaper companies and seems you guys wanna blame and i will not take the blame,please advise if we can move forward with this to Retail Ombuds.
