Bad service, unprofessional, useless, waste of time

Refund process is very bad, I bought a bed warmer bottle with seeds inside, when I got home I Googled bout it and found out if covered with blankets it will explode. It was the last item at the store and not very well packaged, I didn't even try it or use it, I returned it and the store told me they can't refund me because it is opened, common sense lacked, everything was in the package including pamflets or instruction papers, just the plastic was torn as I bought it and cause it was the last item in the store, I had my receipts and everything but they told me about the packaging, which is useless as I never used it. Very bad service I received in Fourways crossing, that is way too unprofessional.. Careful what you buy at clicks, you can never return it or exchange for something else, they really need a proper review, useless
