Bad service resulting in irregular expenditure

2020 I was requested to go to any clicks clinic to do a test for a life cover I took with old mutual, however old mutual disputes that I have a policy with them because they did not receive the test results I took and now I am trying to contact clicks loch logan to forward me the email of my test done at clicks on behalf of old mutual.
