BAD SERVICE Received from Clicks Edgemead.

Went to Clicks Edgemead Centre, to renew my original repeat script from my Dr, for Cronic Medicine. The Script was dated on 21 June 2023. My Previous script, runs out in July 2023, so I did not want to go back to the Dr again for another appointment.

I was then informed that because I went on 3 August 2023, I lose 2 months of my repeat script. I then asked where this is policy, and I was informed that it is, and I can speak to the Manager. I requested the Manager to see me. He informed me of the same that the date issue of losing 2 months.

FIRST TIME I HEARD OF THIS!!!!

I then went to another Corporate Pharmacy, and received my repeat script.

This is not the first issue I have had with this Clicks Pharmacy in Edgemead and their Customer Service really is not up to standard.

1. Not Packing Repeat Scripts in time. 2. Waiting every month for the activated sms service for my repeat.

If the change the Customer Service orientation, I may come back, but otherwise stay away from this place.
