Bad Service Received

I visited the Blue Route branch on the 19th of September looking to buy a electric shaver, i then approached a lady by the name of Razaan who I asked for some assistance, the manner in which she communicated, was disrespectful. The attitude she displays comes across as if she is a shareholder in the company when in actual fact shes only an employee. I'd appreciate it if you guys could look into this matter, because it seems as if she doesn't have any customer service s****s at all. I have always been a loyal customer to the Clicks Brand and due to this experience I would rather do my shopping at Checkers
