Bad service, product tampering, lack of product

So once again I complain. The last complaint fell on deaf ears. I will no longer support any Clicks stores in Gordons Bay and Strand. Your area Manager or Merchandiser is frankly useless. I have been buying my Eucerin products from you for years and over the past 2 years seems as if you don't care. there are hardly any products on the shelves and the few that are are so badly taped up with sticky tape that you have to break the box in order to see the product inside is in fact correct. They advise that it is because of theft (even though you are overstocked on Loreal and other products)and if I want something I must ask and they will go look in the back in the box to see if they have it or not. This is absolutely disgusting. I complained some time back and every time I go back it is even worse. I even suggested that they put the Eucerine one of the lockup glass shelves where the cheap perfume is. The poor lady even gets embarrassed when I go into clicks because nothing has changed. I have also complained to Eucerine SA that you are tampering with their stock branding/packaging Well, I tell you what has changed. I will now take my R2000+ and go to Dischem where there is an abundance of Eucerin in stock. My family join me. Good Bye Clicks - you have failed again!!!!
