Bad service & no refund

just like to express my disappointment with one Clicks pharmacist 'Mr Lucky Dube' at Atlantis pharmacy branch. He made my experience feel very unpleasant today (16 Sep 2024). I sent my father to the pharmacy with a note to get some medicine for my 3 year old. I wrote that he must get Rinex without knowing the age restriction of the medicine, however I wrote on the note my daughter's age (3years) and also what her symptoms was just in case they ask. Expecting the pharmacist to see and also recommend then something else if Rinex was not suitable for her age group eventhough the note said Rinex.

My father did not have a Clicks card and once I remembered, a different pharmacist showed me away because I didn't have a Clicks card but now today they helped my father without one. I feel if the pharmacist knew the age limit he should have never given the medicine and instead recommended something else or showed my father away without helping even if my father insisted that he must get what was on the note. The pharmacist should have also explained there is no returns on none refundable goods.

So, I went back to return the medicine and get something new without knowing about the returned policy. Mr Lucky Dube was rude and a little arrogant the way he explained it to me but I was also upset with him because he did not recommend something else or showed my father away. He said he explained the policy to my father, however my father said he didn't and just said the medicine was suitable for my daughter's age of 3.

I feel Mr Lucky Dube, must be held accountable for his actions and not just help anyone because a note said so.
