Bad service no products available

I am not well at all, I write this on the ,11th of October 2025 regarding an incident that happened on the 7th of October 2025.

I enter to one and of your stores at Park station Johannesburg hoping to get assistance as I always get a better service at clicks, I go straight to your Makeup Division, looking for a Maybelline makeup don't get it on the shelves, I than ask who works here a lady replies couldn't get her name. She replies it me, with a cold respond. I than avoided her attitude and continued, I'm looking for a Maybelline specific makeup up, with an attitude again, hybo I than asked what's wrong girl, your response is cold with a bit of an attitude. The best answer I have ever got, " I AM LIKE THIS AND EVERYONE ALWAYS COMPLAIN...eyo such a response. I was not fighting this lady to be answered like that.

Immediately I took my phone called my cousin to check the clicks in fourways but she managed to get the Revlon makeup at Dischem where she was told the Maybelline I was looking for has been discontinued, if it was discontinued also at clicks couldn't she say that, as both Revlon and Maybelline was not on your shelves.

Was that enough NO, the security guy on the door added to my frustration, didn't get what I want and being told I'm like this, this me, with attitude. I screamed to the security guy after he was rude to me, that guy is rude and we end up exchanging words.

Had to leave but your people spoiled my day, the next day was my graduation day but even today I still remember what happened on the 7th.

Disappointed.....and treated badly
