Bad service N1 City Cape Town

<p>I'm a Clicks Member now for around 15 years and never I experience such bad customers service as Clicks N1 City. They having a problem with loading scripts. I drop a new script at there Drop / Collection desk on the 11 Nov 2016 on the 4th Dec 2016 when I went to find out when my script will be ready they still did not load the script in my profile. Clicks promise to notify me with in 26 day to collect. When I went on the 6 Jan 2017 they ones again could not find the medication. you have to wait longer at the so called Collection desk to be served than in the normal line. Also in the past they gave half the script as they did not check the box. Spoke to the manager Priscilla Vosloo regarding the matters, all she have to say is that Head Office cut there staff and their nothing she can do. Blaming December holiday short staff meantime there is 5 to 6 staff members and on 2 - 3 serving patients no one at the Drop-off / Collection desk. Sorry Clicks is making there problems there clients / Patients problems. Maybe we need to start supporting Dischem as Clicks clearly do not care about our business anymore..........</p>
