BAD SERVICE MONTH AFTER MONTH
Getting our chronic medicine is a standing joke in the family. Not a month goes past where things go smoothly. Clicks offers a service where they will phone you when your medicines are ready. I stopped that as every time I collected the tablets were wrong. I started phoning monthly to tell them to get my tablets ready and what was required. Last month I phoned and then when I arrived, it had not been done. They asked me to come back a bit later so I went into Pick n Pay to do some shopping. When I got back to collect my tablets they had made such a mess up of them that they had to redo most of it. When I eventually got home, I had been given 15 short of my one tablet so it cost me another trip to Clicks. Yesterday morning I phone to ask them to get tablets ready for myself and my husband and I would collect after work. I belong to a lift club as I live out of town. When I got there they start looking around, I ask if it has been done and they tell me YES but only to find out it had put through the system and charge but not tablets were ready. I asked for my original prescriptions back as this is absolutely the last time I will be dealing with Clicks at Hayfields.
