Bad service, inconsiderate and *********

Clicks in Howard Centre Pinelands couldn't allow me to get a sample of the foundation I was buying to test it first before opening the whole bottle. I explained to the manager Faadiel Zaindeen that I've already bought 2 foundations that looked like a good match when I tested them at the store then they later oxidized way too dark and you obviously can't return cosmetic products that are open. So it's a try in error .I must spend R200 on a foundation, if it oxidized....well, too bad I'm stuck with it. He told me that it's a company policy and that the supplier only send them few bottles of samples . This is ********* and plain out *****. I'm a paying customer, I didn't go there to ask for free stuff. He kept telling me that a foundation shouldn't change colour, now I found myself in a situation to educate some guy about makeup, seriously though!!! This beyond annoying. And I won't be going to that store again, and I'll make to warm my friends and colleagues too.
