Bad Service, I'm never buying from Clicks

I went to Click Orange Farm (Eyethu Mall) to buy a prescription. I was told that they do not have the medication. I was told that if I do pay for it, it would be delivered on Monday afternoon the following day. I would come then come through on Tuesday to pick it up. They guaranteed me. I agreed to pay for and collect on Tuesday and I knew that on Tuesday I would be at home with a day of from work. I went to the shop today. Firstly, when you in the queue when for your turn, some guys are made to skip the queue. When I go to the counter, I was told the medicine had not arrived and asked whether I received SMS notification. The Sunday guy told me nothing about receiving notification. If that was the case, I was not going to agree and would have tried another pharmacy. I need my medication and going back to work tomorrow. I will not have time to collect it. The Store Manager by the name of Cynthia cannot resolve my issue. This is best service at it's best. I am not buying from Clicks ever again.
