Bad service from the cashier

Very disappointed with the customer service I received yesterday at the Clicks branch inside Netcare Milpark Hospital in Johannesburg.

I went to make a purchase using R100, but the cashier refused to assist me because they were still counting change. I was then told I would receive loss change,and when I questioned it, I was told to take my money and leave because they could not help me.

The attitude and treatment were extremely rude and unprofessional. Customers should not be treated with disrespect simply for expecting proper change and proper service.

I hope management addresses the behavior and improves customer service at this branch.
