Bad service from the cashier

I had a bad experience at Diepkloof square in Clicks i was assisted at the till by a lady called Basetsana i first greeted her and she ignored me as i was about to pay i was looking for my card and she was very impatient i found it and i proceeded to pay she went on nd pressed the wrong account for me and it declined and she kept on saying it's declined nd i asked her to please do it again since im using a cheque account this lady was really impatient, She could do better
